MISSION OF IS TO PROVIDE FUNDS TO RESCUE ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS TO HELP PAY FOR TRANSPORTATION, BOARDING, EVALUATIONS AND MEDICAL EXPENSES FOR GOLDEN RETRIEVERS AND GOLDEN-HEARTED DOGS TAKEN INTO RESCUE. ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS TO RESCUE ORGANIZATIONS AND PUBLIC. FOR PURPOSE OF GRANT DISTRIBUTIONS REQUIRES EVERY ANIMAL WELFARE ORGANIZATION TO PRE-QUALIFY BEFORE A GRANT IS AUTHORIZED OR DISTRIBUTED. REQUESTS PRE-QUALIFYING INFORMATION INCLUDING MAILING AND CONTACT INFORMATION, BUSINESS STRUCTURE, TAX EXEMPT STATUS, RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER BREED CLUBS, AS WELL AS CERTAIN POLICY AND OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES.
